We are looking to recruit an experiencedEpidemiologist in Medicine.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as medical epidemiologist

• knowledge and practical application skills of :
  • biostatistics
  • SPSS, SAS or R statistics
  • epidemiology
  • HL7 communication protocols
  • international standards (ATC, NCBI, SNOMED-CT, LOINC, ICD10)
  • Quality Assurance management
  • privacy management
  • advanced functions in Excel
• knowledge (and practical application skills) of IT fundamentals:
  • computer architecture
  • algorithms and data structures
  • networking
  • relational databases
  • computer security
  • operational systems
• basic user skills:
  • English level – intermediate+
  • strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • ability to meet project schedules with minimal supervision
  • ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • ability and desire to learn
  • positive attitude
  • teamplayer

Responsibilities

• design and writing specs of software solutions, especially:
  • statistical management in products
  • (early warning) dashboards and reports
  • design and testing proof of concepts
  • writing requirements
  • testing release candidates
  • management of international standards within products
  • connect new organisations to product suite of company
  • validations
  • organize training sessions

Notes

Prior development of new products, proof of concepts will be used using BI-tools and SPSS. Experience in handling CSV and other data-formats using these tools and applications is required.
